THE MAGIC OF THE FUGITIVE

Fashion graphics from the 70ies to today are shown in the exhibition of the BEST-Sabel Design School Berlin „The magic of the fugitive“. In contrast to fashion photography, there is more room for abstraction and interpretation within the art form of fashion graphics. Nevertheless, each work of art bears the style of its creator and shows signs of a certain zeitgeist. As there are 16 artists and designers exhibiting, there is a broad spectrum offered to the beholder of how varying art graphics can be. 

The vernissage on the 22nd of September will be accompanied by music of Loomis Green and Leona Berlin. Loomis Green, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, studied jazz guitar. Today, he is guitarist of the group Jan Delay & Disko No.1. Leona Berlin is characterized by her unique voice and particular electronical effects appearing in her songs. Her musical style is influenced by Soul, R&B and Jazz.
